MEGAPLAST - factory for reproduction of plastics and metals operates within the manufacturing complex of IPM Majdanpek. This organisation was formed and commenced operating in 1973 with the intention of producing jewelry boxes. The manufacturing programme was then extended to producing items made of coloured metals; first and foremost, moulds for printing bank notes for which MEGAPLAST is still the exclusive manufacturer. Their development continued by producing badges, key rings, metal plaques and medals with which production commenced in 1976. Today MEGAPLAST is a well known manufacturer of metal fancy goods and clasps.

MEGAPLAST's manufacturing programme consists of:
